Research Interests

My research interests lie at the intersection of metaphor studies, critical discourse analysis, and corpus linguistics. My current PhD research investigates the use of war-related metaphorical framings in United Nations discourse through a large-scale corpus study. I am also interested in exploring how emerging NLP and LLM-assisted methods can support metaphor analysis and the annotation and study of discourse patterns at scale.
